We have a residential apartment at Telephone Exchange Road Dhanbad with 16 individual flats out of which 4 flats have been merged by the builder into one for his personal residence. The care and maintenance of our apartment is maintained by the 12 flat owners only as the builder occupying 4 four flats denies any payment for maintenance in spite of him residing and using the functionality in the same building.

Moreover, the builder has rented out parking spaces as commercial shops to people not resident of the building which often influence the well-being of the flat owners in our apartment further denying any allotment of parking spaces to the residents.

However the care and maintenance is running upon mutual agreement of the said 12 flats owners only as the later never handed over the registered association to the owners and the needful care and maintenance is necessary. The builder never responded to any summons or calls for discussion for his contribution towards maintenance.
